Snug as a bug
Thursday, June 3. Day three.
Last night in Snug Harbor was quiet and restful. We woke up about eight and had breakfast and took Feather for more walks.
There were rumors of a great Farmer’s market in town and I thought we were in luck, it was Mondays and thursdays only. I was excited to take my little gorilla loadycart and get fresh vegetables! Not so lucky. It starts June 11.
Just across the road (M-22) was Cenzo’s grocery, adorable little grocery store, kind of expensive but too convenient. I bought a few things that got left in a bag at home, restocked on fresh deli meat for sammies, and bought a couple of fresh veggies.
Feather is getting the hang of this sailboat thing. She can perch all sorts of places.
That is until she gets shut up in the cabin for escaping one too many times to shore.
“She doesn’t go anywhere, she just wants to know she can...”- Chuck
Anyway, we’re now down two lines, and Chuck says we can’t use boat lines together Feather anymore...too expensive.
Anyway, here’s Twoflower at the dock, just before we left Snug Harbor.
